Lambda Chi Alpha was founded on the beliefs of our Seven Core Values; Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Service & Stewardship, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. Lambda Chi Alpha abolished pledging in 1970 when we adopted the Associate Member program. Using the Associate member program, we strive to develop men into outstanding individuals through the ideals of Patriotism, Learning, Fraternity, and Morality.
